What does it mean to be a virtual financial planner?
I don't meet clients in a traditional office but work remotely with them across NZ from my Christchurch office giving them financial advice through secure online environments both over the phone and through Zoom (video conferencing).

SAVE MONEY - You don't have to take time off work, hire a baby sitter and save on petrol and parking.

SAVE TIME & LESS HASSLE - You don't have to drive or get stuck in traffic to visit my office. You can have all your financial information with you and if you forget anything you don't have to return to an office.

MORE CONVENIENT - We can meet virtually during your lunchbreak, at work, on your couch or even on vacation. For couples, as we meet through Zoom, you don't even have to be at the same location together. As long as you have a device and a reliable internet connection we can meet.

GOOD FOR ENVIRONMENT - As you don't need to drive, you'll lower your carbon footprint by helping to reduce the carbon dioxide emitted and reduce the traffic on the road. Also, as my financial plans are digital, I minimise the use of paper, ink and other office supplies.

YOU CAN LIVE ANYWHERE - If you decide to move, I can still give you financial advice and our relationship will still continue the same way no matter where you are in NZ. This isn't possible if you get advice from a financial planner in a traditional office or if they come to visit you.
